Everyone has a story…

and here’s mine

I’ve been writing about the up - and downside - of aging for over 15 years.

And I’ve been actively growing older myself for a little bit longer.

With a passion for all things aging, I love researching, talking to people in the industry and learning from those who are personally navigating the journey.

As a part of the audience, I have a pretty good handle on what keeps us up at night, what we’re looking forward to and all the possibilities in between.

I’m a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend - and I’ve been a caregiver myself so I bring a hands-on approach.

I was also the only girl growing up in a family with six brothers in a one bathroom, three bedroom house. So I’ve developed an appreciation of self-suffering - and an even stronger sense of humor.
